The Sydney Funnel Web Spider. The Sydney funnel web. The Sydney funnel web spider is a living insect because it moves, it breaths and it grows. They can live for about 20 years and then they die. Funnel web spiders are solitary animals because they don't work as a group.

Habitat
The Sydney funnel web spider can be found in coastal and mountain regions in Eastern and Southern Australia they can also be found in moist and dark shelters like houses and garages and adacs. They are also found in the moist forests of Sydney and Queensland.

 Features Funnel web spiders which belongs to the arachnids family has two main parts to their body which help them survive the strange weather of Australia it has the cephalothorax which is near its head and it's abdomen it also has little tiny hairs which respond to vibrations and movements.

Diet The Sydney funnel web spider has a really easy diet they mostly feed on insects and reptiles they can be as large as lizards and frogs to as small as beetles and cockroaches.

 Distance and Speed The Sydney funnel web spiders deadly bite contains a deadly chemical called atracotoxin that can kill a human in about 15 minutes as the blood slowly process the human slowly dies of blood poisoning.

 Fascinating facts the Sydney funnel web spiders are among the most dangerous spiders in the world. The funnel web can reach up to 1 centimeter-5 centimeters( 4 inches long). The female funnel web is longer and stronger than the male. The funnel web spider can't see from its head but instead it responds to vibrations. Funnel web spiders are also known for staying underwater for about 24-30 hours. Funnel Web spiders are interesting but dangorous insects.
